The room I got was quite small , actually. I even paid extra for an upgrade , but the new room was smaller than the standard one. That was a fun surprise , wasn't it? There wasn't much space to move around , and storing luggage was a struggle.

The team greeted me warmly! The location is excellent. Underground and bus stations are steps away. There are really great restaurants nearby. I found the hotel very clean, and the modern style is functional.

The air conditioner worked well! I loved the shower. The beds are comfy! The room was very clean. The design had elegant touches, like the wallpaper above the bed. Little lights featured in the shower walls.

All staff members were helpful. They helped make plans and bookings last minute! The team emailed to make sure I didn't need anything! It was very reassuring! Staff are friendly. They are cute.

The location is good. It is close to two metro stops. The hotel is in a quieter area! The metro is just steps away. Many things to do are easily walkable. A lot of places offer food.
